Digital delivery

Digital products may be delivered through Beacons, a download link, a licence, a browser application or another clearly stated method.

Before purchasing

Buyers should review the product description, compatibility information, delivery method and current feature list before completing payment. Planned features are not part of the current purchase unless explicitly stated.

Refund requests

Because digital products can be accessed or copied immediately, refund eligibility may be limited after access has been delivered. A request should include the order details, reason and evidence of a technical or delivery problem.

Technical problems

Hello World Studio should be given a reasonable opportunity to provide the correct file, access instructions, troubleshooting or an alternative delivery method before a refund decision is made.

Done-for-you services

Custom services follow the written scope, payment schedule and cancellation terms agreed for that project. Deposits may cover reserved time and work already completed.
