Terms of Use

These terms describe the intended rules for using the Hello World Studio website and products.

Last reviewed: 16 July 2026 · Draft for final legal review before public launch.

Using the website

You may browse the website and use publicly available materials for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass access controls, misrepresent ownership, or use the platform to harm other people.

Digital products

Digital tools, files and browser-based systems are licensed for the buyer's permitted use. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the Hello World Studio brand, code, product identity, documentation or underlying intellectual property.

Local browser storage

Some products save information on the user's device rather than in a cloud account. Users are responsible for exporting backups where that feature is available. Hello World Studio cannot restore local data that was never exported or shared.

AI-assisted outputs

AI-assisted content requires human review. Buyers and clients remain responsible for factual accuracy, professional advice, copyright clearance, regulatory compliance and final publication decisions.

Availability and updates

Features, interfaces and product roadmaps may change. Beta products may contain limitations. Hello World Studio will aim to describe current capabilities honestly and distinguish current features from planned features.

External services

Beacons, Vercel, Netlify, email providers, AI platforms, distributors and other external services operate under their own terms. Hello World Studio is not responsible for interruptions or policy changes controlled by those providers.

Limitation

Products and services are provided to support creative and business work, but specific financial, publishing, audience-growth or commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.
